12 Days of Christmas 🎄

If you haven't seen Part 1 (beginners' version) of the 2023 edition Christmas tree decorations, be sure you check it out!

So this Part 2 project started as an idea of making handmade crochet Christmas tree decorations for my co-workers, and ended up being a solid 2-week Christmas project! I had so much fun making these and would probably continue to make more if I get a bigger tree next year!

So I have made 12 crochet decorations in 3 styles - click on the list below to see details of each style!

Christmas-themed baubles (patterns here)

I love how these are almost minimalist and easy to make but still very festive. Pattern includes useful tips on how to change yarn colour smoothly.

A very versatile pattern that can be adapted easily, I have made some adjustments to the pattern to create the size I want for this particular project.

DMC/Sirdar Happy Cotton 3 DK yarn (the colours are listed above, I bought my DMC yarn from CN Square and Sirdar from Etsy)
Other yarn: Elements Urban Prints DK, and other leftover yarn from previous projects
6mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm safety eyes (bought from Amazon)
7mm golden ribbon (bought from Hobbycraft)
Fibre filling (bought from Amazon)
Crochet stitch marker (optional)
